Jay Washington is Sales Director, Eastern US for Leafhouse Financial
Vice President, Client Advisor, Northeast Sales Leader for JPMorgan Chase Everyday 401(k). In this role, Jay fulfills his purpose by selling comprehensive 401(k) plans focused on the small business market.
Previously, Jay was a Sales Director for the Eastern U.S. at Leafhouse Financial, the largest independent 3(38) fiduciary in the country. There, he was responsible for building and managing the sales pipeline for the Eastern United States. Jay partners with advisors, asset managers, plan sponsors, and retirement plan recordkeepers to provide investment oversight for thousands of retirement plans.
In his downtime, Jay enjoys co-parenting his niece (14) and nephew (11) with his mother, participating in his men's group, and traveling both domestically and internationally. He also dedicates significant time to his mental and physical well-being.
Jay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a second in Journalism from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He earned his MBA from Point Park University and holds the CEBS®, AIF®, and RICP® designations. With 22 years of financial services experience in sales, operations, and service, he possesses several licenses, including FINRA Series 6, 7, and 63, as well as Life & Health insurance licenses in PA, DE, NY, CT, and MD.
